NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation as a Total Small Business (SB) set-aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to procure in-person American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter Services. In addition to a base year, there will be four options years. This procurement will be conducted using a comparative source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13. Interested parties shall provide their best offer to the Government by the closing date and time of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541930 Translation and Interpretation Services. Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of an offer. Addendum 01- The purpose of this addendum is to (1) change the evaluation process from LPTA to Comparative, (2) update the Period of Performance from 01 JAN – 31 DEC to 05 JAN – 04 JAN, (3) update the Performance Work Statement, (4) update the Combine Synopsys to include Sections L and M, (5) add Attachment 1-Price Template and (6) add Attachment 2-Q&A Government Responses. Addendum 02- The purpose of this addendum is to add Addendum 01- description. Addendum 03- The purpose of this addendum is to update Attachment 2-Q&A Government Responses.
