This solicitation is a small business set-aside for a firm fixed-price contract to supply two new oilless vacuum pumps to the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Physics Department. The pumps must support semiconductor processes, operate continuously 24/7 with maintenance intervals of at least six months, include a twelve-month warranty, and meet specified flow, pressure, flange, cooling, and voltage requirements. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order. Performance will occur at NPS.
