The contractor will be tasked to accomplish the work as specified in Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Naval Postgraduate School requires Audiovisual (AV) Systems Support Services in support of the Educational Technologies Office (EdTech) of the ITACS Directorate. EdTech is a work center within ITACS that manages audiovisual systems in learning spaces, meeting rooms and other facilities at NPS. The scope of this requirement is to provide maintenance, consulting, design and installation services for audiovisual and videoconferencing system requirements for classrooms, conference rooms, labs, auditoriums, and other meeting spaces on the main campus of NPS. The service includes maintenance of 134 existing integrated audiovisual and videoconferencing systems as well as any new systems installed during the period of performance. The Government anticipates this effort to be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm Fixed-Price Task Orders in accordance with FAR 16.5. The period of performance will be a base year and four, one-year options.
