NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in support of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to procure two (2) Breathing Air Purification Systems. This procurement will be conducted using a best value comparative source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13. Delivery is required 12 weeks ADC. Interested parties shall provide their best offer to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333413 “Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing”. Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of an offer. SITE VISIT: Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Therefore, a site visit has been scheduled for 17 March 2025 at 10am PST. Information provided at the Site Visit, as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications.
