NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking capable sources and industry input to provide Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Aruba brand name wireless access points (WAPS), equipment, and subscription service for 24x7 technical support. There is no incumbent, the required delivery date is 01 November 2024. The anticipated award date is 28 October 2024. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on 22 October 2024. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract type. If interested in this opportunity, please submit a capabilities statement (the capability statement shall be no more than three (3) pages in length) with SOW feedback by 21 October 2024 at 11:00 AM PST and shall be submitted to Ms. Chelsey Hernandez-Guevara at chelsey.l.hernandez-guevara.civ@us.navy.mil . The Government is performing market research in order to determine if small businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Respondents need to indicate all small business designations. Interested business firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given to defining what part of the acquisition, if any, will be set-aside for small business competition. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this announcement and please include your business size and cage code in your submission. This is a sources sought for market research purposes. The Government’s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to this sources sought. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested contractors are to submit the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address; Unique Entity ID, and information regarding your company’s experience identifying: contracting agency, contract number, title, place of performance, years of performance, and value of contract per year.
