NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in support of EODGRUONE, is issuing this solicitation as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide unit level combat skills and mobility training in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement will be conducted using a best value tradeoff source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance shall include a one-year base period, followed by four (4) one-year option periods for a total period of performance of five (5) years if all option periods are exercised. Interested parties shall provide their proposals to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611519 “Other Technical and Trade Schools”. Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP), as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside, to provide unit level combat skills and mobility training through a commercial FFP single-award IDIQ contract for EODGRUONE. This procurement will be conducted using a best value tradeoff source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance shall include a one-year base period, followed by four (4) one-year option periods for a total period of performance of five (5) years if all option periods are exercised. The tentative date for issuing the RFP on SAM.gov is on or around April 19, 2024, with proposals due approximately 30 calendar days later. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), subject to change, is attached to this notice.
