This is a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.204 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to use the procedures found under FAR Part 15 for the acquisition of Engineering & Analysis testing service in support of Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR), Norfolk, VA Air Test and Evaluation Squadron NINE (VX-9). A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is available upon email request as provided below. The purpose of this notice is to publicize the intention of the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD) to issue a solicitation as a 100 % Small Business Set Aside under Request for Proposal (RFP) No.N00244-24-R-0005 through eSAMs on or about 27 November 2023. The solicitation will be made available for at least 30 days. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541330 and the Federal Service Classification is R425. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with eSAM to download the synopsis, solicitation, all attachments and solicitation amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
