This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; and a written solicitation is attached. Quotes are requested, as noted at the end of this announcement. The solicitation number is N00244-21-Q-0180 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) Seal Beach Detachment for the upgrade to the existing SGLS auto tracking antenna system at Naval Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC) DET C to include both SGLS and Unified S-band (USB) commanding capabilities. Delivery and installation shall be within 180 days after contract award on location at NAVSOC DET C - Finegayan, Guam. This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2021-05 and DFARS Change 5/20/2021. This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses; the NAICS code is 334220 and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. A solicitation has been attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation which contains all terms and conditions anticipated to be included in the award. A signed 1449 and fully completed Section B of this solicitation need be returned in accordance with FAR 52.212-3 to be considered for award. Quoters taking any exception to these terms will not be considered technically acceptable and thereby are ineligible for award. This combined synopsis/solicitation will close with proposals due at 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time on Monday 28 June 2021. It is the responsibility of the Quoter to ensure that the quote is received by the referenced Government POC. Only questions submitted in writing will be answered, no phone calls please. Questions shall only be submitted by Email and sent to the point of contact identified above. Email shall clearly reference the RFQ number in the subject line and state your question as clearly as possible. Other methods of submitting questions will not be acknowledged or addressed. Questions may be submitted at any day and time, but not later than 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time on Monday 21 June 2021. Questions submitted after this date and time may not be accepted. Since the submittal of questions may result in amendments to the RFQ, it is imperative that questions be submitted as soon as possible.
