The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for post-delivery (PD) advance planning and execution of Government-responsible corrections of Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) discrepancies outside of the RCOH base work package. These efforts will be awarded as a modification to the existing CVN 73 RCOH Execution contract, N00024-17-C-2105. This requirement will be procured, without full and open competition, from the only qualified source capable of performing post-delivery RCOH discrepancy corrections on a large deck nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.
