The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is requesting information to identify possible sources to provide United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) in Norfolk, VA with contractor support for Countering Destructive Behaviors Workshop/Performance. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. Fleet Workshops are designed to focus on prevention efforts to minimize the impact of destructive behaviors on Sailors and their families, which directly impact Fleet readiness. Destructive behaviors include, but are not limited to: alcohol related incidents; suicide related behaviors; domestic violence; sexual assault; drug abuse; etc.
