Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk’s intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources able to provide transportation services in support of Program Executive Office Aircraft Carriers (PEO CV) Support is needed in and around the following locations: Transport approximately 400 Sailors within the local Newport News area from Government Leased Apartments (GLAs) to 50th Street turnstile. The list of current GLAs are provided below. GLA locations are subject to change and may increase to up to ten(10) total locations during this period of performance.
