The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Enterprise has a requirement to collect and submit electronic fingerprints via the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT) and the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction Plus (SWFT+) applications (or their successors), as part of the Department of Defense security clearance investigation process, to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) (or their successors). NAVSUP in support of the security requirements for employment is seeking sources that can provide the required services in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or services whatsoever. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
