The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 15, and FAR 19.502-2 Total small business set-asides. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-aside. The Government intends to procure a 1-month transition period, 11-month base period, four (4) 12-month option periods, as well as an option of a six-month extension of services provided under FAR 52.217-8 for of U.S. for Naval Computer and Telecommunication Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) to operate and maintain the communications facility at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Hampton Roads Detachment (NCTS HR DET) LaMoure, North Dakota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517810 – All Other Telecommunications, the Product Service Code is DE01, and the size standard is $40 million dollars. The place of performance will be NCTS HR DET LaMoure, North Dakota. This pre-solicitation notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
