This is a sources-sought/RFI, not a solicitation, seeking qualified sources for an anticipated Firm Fixed Price, single-award contract for a Weapons Simulator Training System (WSTS) with ongoing support services. The contractor would provide a brand-name-or-equal virtual WSTS for small arms weapons proficiency, plus technical, maintenance, and training support in accordance with the Draft PWS. The government is requesting capability statements, specification sheets, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for both lease and purchase options, and evidence of related past performance. Support would be performed for COMNAVSURFLANT in Norfolk, VA, and possibly Mayport, FL. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base year, four 12-month option years, and one 6-month optional period starting January 4, 2027.
