United States Naval Observatory- Precise Time and Astronomy Functional Area Workflow Manager
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk intends to solicit a multiple-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for Precise Time and Astronomy Workflow Management services supporting the United States Naval Observatory. The requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS 541511, with a small-business size standard of $24.5 million, and up to five awards are anticipated. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 29 October 2026. The contract will have a five-year base ordering period from 21 December 2026 through 20 December 2031, plus a FAR 52.217-8 six-month extension through 20 June 2032.
