NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Roman Catholic Priest services supporting religious program requirements at Naval Air Station Oceana Chapel and Dam Neck Annex Chapel under OPNAVINST 1730.1E. Delivery is FOB destination and required no later than 30 days after contract award, with delivery locations at multiple locations in the US. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and quality control unless otherwise specified, and the Government will conduct acceptance inspection at the point of delivery. The applicable NAICS code is 813110 with a $13 million size standard, and the solicitation and amendments will be available only for download.
