Support sustainment of Naval Weapon Systems and Platforms operating beyond their projected service lives.
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Regional Directorate–Mechanicsburg, PA, on behalf of NAVSUP WSS, issued an RFI seeking market information from responsible sources for a commercially available web-based parts and materials database supporting naval weapon-system sustainment at the Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg locations. The required capability includes cross-referencing military and commercial parts, consolidating diverse data sources, connecting to GIDEP and FAA databases for obsolescence and counterfeit-material avoidance, supplier verification, government supplier listing, a government research tool, and NATO national stock number data. Vendors must have GIDEP and FAA database access at quote submission and maintain that access for the life of the contract. The base period of performance is 16 March 2027 through 15 March 2028, with four options that, if exercised, would extend performance through 15 February 2032. A draft SOW is included for reference, and firms are invited to provide industry feedback and capability information, with responses limited to two typewritten Word pages in no less than 12-point font.
