The required “Emerald Care” plan provides full-coverage preventative maintenance and as-needed repair, with Stratasys as the only approved OEM provider due to proprietary hardware/software and warranty requirements, using specially trained on-site field service technicians. The period of performance is 16 October 2026 through 15 October 2029.
