NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, on behalf of BUMED, intends to solicit and negotiate an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 15 for Naval Center for Combat and Operational Stress Control (NCCOSC) support. The contractor support will cover Operational Execution and Technical Service Delivery, the Director of Psychological Health Program, and Psychological Health and Readiness. A sources sought notice was posted on 30 July 2026, and the follow-on contract is anticipated to begin 26 November 2026 with a 12-month base period, four consecutive 12-month option periods, and FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
