This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only, not a solicitation for proposals. The Navy seeks qualified sources for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide technical and analytical support for operational and integrated testing of Naval systems. Performance will primarily occur at NAS Patuxent River, MD, with travel required throughout the U.S. and overseas, including at sea. The anticipated period of performance includes a five-year ordering period starting around 30 October 2026, with an optional six-month extension. Responses are due by 11:00 AM EST on 16 June 2026.
