This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract for test and evaluation services supporting naval aviation warfare systems, to be competitively solicited as a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business set-aside. Services are scheduled to commence around May 16, 2026, with a five-year base period through May 15, 2031, and include a six-month option to extend. The primary place of performance is Norfolk, VA, with work potentially required at various other domestic and international locations.
