This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract for test and evaluation services supporting naval aviation warfare systems, to be competitively solicited as a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business set-aside. Services are scheduled to commence around May 16, 2026, with a five-year base period through May 15, 2031, and include a six-month option to extend. The primary place of performance is Norfolk, VA, with work potentially required at various other domestic and international locations. The contractor will provide technical and analytical support for the definition, conduct, and analysis of operational tests. The applicable size standard for this procurement is $47 million.
