This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract for test and evaluation services supporting Information Warfare systems, to be competitively solicited as a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business set-aside. The five-year basic performance period is from approximately May 16, 2026, through May 15, 2031, with an option to extend services through November 15, 2031. The primary place of performance is Norfolk, VA, with work potentially required at various locations both within and outside the continental United States. The contractor will provide comprehensive support including test design, planning, execution, and evaluation of operational effectiveness and suitability. The applicable size standard for the NAICS code is $47 million.
