This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought notice for market research purposes, not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from it. The Navy seeks qualified sources to provide Home Station Training Complex Support Services, specifically Improvised Explosive Device (IED) counter and defeat integration instruction for Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. Performance is estimated to commence on or around 21 December 2026, with an anticipated period of one 12-month base year, four 12-month options, and a possible six-month extension. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement addressing business information, size status, existing contract vehicles, prime/subcontracting capacity, compliance with small business limitations, technical qualifications, and facility clearance. The Government is assessing small business interest and may set aside the acquisition if at least two capable small businesses can perform 50% of the effort.
