NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department intends to directly award Verizon a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for commercially available integrated voice services via Central Office-based dial tone facilities to defense activities at NAVSTA Norfolk, JEB Little Creek, NSA Mechanicsburg, NSA Philadelphia, and PNYA Philadelphia. The services support NCTAMS LANT and critical National Defense missions for Department of War, DHS, National Guard units, federal agencies, and allied forces. The requirement will be solicited as full and open competition under NAICS 517111, Wired Telecommunication Carriers, with a size standard of 1,500. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 21 September 2026 on Sam.gov. The contract will use FAR Part 12 and FAR 16.505 procedures, and vendors must be registered in SAM prior to award and throughout performance.
