The objective of this requirement is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for MFF support services. The contractor shall be required to work closely with the designated Course Director (CD) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) assigned by Commander, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group TWO (COMEODGRU TWO), Virginia Beach, Virginia. The contractor shall provide an operation that includes fully qualified Accelerated Free Fall Instructors (AFFI), parachute riggers, contractor personnel who are capable of providing the required instructional support, parachute rigging / quality assurance inspection (QAI), and training services associated with the delivery of the course of instruction (COI) under the coordination of the respective CD and COR. The Government intends to award a single award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Military Free Fall Training Support Services as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Part 15 and FAR Subpart 16.5. The award will be made on a sole source basis to Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. (CPS).
