NAVSUP Business Systems Center Department 95 is seeking contractor support services for application development and technical support of the DoD legacy Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS). FACTS provides Navy shipping functionality, Naval Cargo Routing, and DoD air cargo clearance capabilities. The anticipated requirement is a firm-fixed-price services contract under NAICS 541519, with a $34.0M size standard, and the Government has determined it will be an 8(a) STARS III requirement. Support services include software engineering, coding, integration testing, business analysis, auditing, change request documentation, customer support, training, and knowledge sharing. This RFI is for planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources.
