The contractor will provide all personnel, facilities, and services for video collaboration systems maintenance, installations/de-installations, and technical support. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance for studios/conference rooms, plus the same support for additional sites added by contract modification. The contractor will also maintain equipment and perform technical, installation, system removal/de-installation, configuration, and Move Add Change (MAC) services. These services apply to current and newly funded requirements, along with room upgrades, installation, testing, and maintenance for additional approved sites. Work is expected throughout the contract performance period.
