This is a Sources Sought Notice for potential Call Out Tug services at Naval Weapons Station Earle in Leonardo, New Jersey, and its surrounding waters. It is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded from this request. The government is conducting market research to identify capable contractors by reviewing detailed capability statements. Responses must be emailed to the listed contacts by 12:00 PM EST on 26 February 2026. Interested parties should review the attached draft Performance Work Statement for task requirements.
