The Department of the Navy requires services to support an Annual Training Symposium for up to 600 attendees, to be held as a four-to-five business day event in April or May 2026 within the Washington D.C. area, including Maryland and Virginia, and within 20 miles of the Pentagon. The contract includes a base requirement for 2026 and four option periods for 2027 through 2030. The facility must provide a complete meeting package including lodging, large session space, breakout rooms, parking, and audio-visual services. The acquisition is solicited on a full and open, firm-fixed price basis under NAICS code 721110 with a $40 million small business size standard.
