Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial supplies, where price is the only evaluation factor. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with any qualifying Small Disadvantaged Owned small business. The requirement is for supplies meeting the specific Brand Name or Equal characteristics detailed in the attached justification. All proposals received by the closing date will be considered.
