NRC currently uses DocuSign’s digital subscription to perform remote and in person digital signing of the four signature pages required to be sent to Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for each applicant investigation request. DocuSign envelopes are required to send documents for signature via DocuSign eSignature to DISS. Navy Recruiting Command requires 40,000 DocuSign envelopes and eSignature Premier Support to continue to support the Navy Recruiting Command Mission.
