This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contract Department, Pentagon Directorate’s intent with this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle for the US Naval War College (NWC), for a software-defined IT security infrastructure built off Palo Alto Network products including firewalls, endpoint protections products, and SOAR security orchestration tool. The proposed requirement is for NWC to continue procurement of the equipment required to sustain this environment. Currently, this equipment is highly specific and NWC is currently using Palo Alto Networks proprietary cyber security. This announcement constitutes a sources sought for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. This announcement is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response This requirement has historically been sole sourced to the brand name Palo Alto Networks and competed amongst authorized Palo Alto Networks resellers, most recently under contract N0018924FZ104 and N0018925FZ079. Palo Alto Networks is currently the only known company who can provide equipment that is interoperable with NWC’s systems. The anticipated period of performance for this Firm Fixed Price contract is 10 December 2025 through 09 December 2026. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 541519. Interested offerors possessing equipment that is capable of becoming interoperable with NWC’s current system are invited to respond to this source-sought synopsis by providing their capability information via the submission of an executive summary, no more than one (1) page in length. The submission shall include the following information: (1) company name, address, point of contact with corresponding phone number and email address; and business size/Cage Code; and (2) relevant equipment information.
