The Navy intends to award a sole source contract to Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc. for UL-558 testing and certification services supporting the Naval Submarine Support Facility in Groton, CT. This acquisition will be conducted under simplified acquisition procedures with other than full and open competition, authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is no later than 15 September 2026. This notice is not a request for offers, and the government retains discretion not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice.
