The Navy intends to award a sole source contract to Thermetrics, LLC for calibration services of Thermetrics Thermal Manikins, supporting the Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility. This procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition because Thermetrics is the only responsible source capable of meeting agency requirements. The anticipated award date is by 31 August 2026 or earlier. This notice is not a request for offers, and the Government retains sole discretion regarding any competition based on responses. Performance is in support of the Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility, with contracting activities led by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk’s Groton office.
