NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with TSI, Inc. for PortaCount Model 8048-T Respirator Fit Testing Machines under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures. TSI, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of this equipment, which is used by Navy Region Mid-Atlantic to objectively verify respirator fit. Delivery is required not later than 30 days after contract award, with FOB Destination delivery to Great Lakes, IL. The government will perform acceptance inspection at the point of delivery.
