The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation to design, furnish, and install a bird exclusion netting system in Hangar 13 at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. The work includes removing and disposing of existing netting and sealing entry points in the walls and ceiling to prevent bird nesting, roosting, and further avian access. The system's purpose is to eliminate bird presence within the facility. Full instructions and evaluation criteria are provided in the attached RFQ.
