The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to design, furnish, and install a bird exclusion netting system in Hangar 13 at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This includes removing and disposing of existing netting. The system aims to eliminate bird nesting and roosting and prevent further avian access by sealing entry points in the walls and ceiling. Detailed instructions and evaluation criteria are provided in the attached RFQ.
