The Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) requires the procurement of Heavy Weather Mooring Lines. Questions must be submitted via NASA SEWP no later than Friday, March 20 at 11:00 AM EST. All quotes must be submitted via the NECO website, not by email, and the award will be made to the lowest priced qualified offer.
