Award is intended on a brand-name basis to authorized resellers/dealers of BI AMP, TASCAM, NETGEARD, CROWN, JBL, and DESONO products on an other-than-full-and-open competition basis, and it will not be set aside for small business. Evaluation will consider price as a significant factor and, if necessary, past performance.
