NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate, intends to solicit on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office a sole-source contract with Maritime Robotics for annual service, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of Otter Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs), hulls #47 and #116. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price and include a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. The base period of performance runs from 30 September 2026 through 29 September 2027.
