The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified sources for a potential contract to provide cloud-based asset tracking software and equipment for the Navy Public Affairs Support Element (NPASE). The system would allow users to check material in/out to individuals, add/delete inventory items, and track inventory by location, with CAC-enabled functionality to handle high daily transaction volumes.
