This is a sole source notice of intent for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for food and beverage catering at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The Government intends to award to the Naval Academy Business Services Division, but will consider statements of interest or quotes from other parties. Questions must be submitted by 9:00 PM EST on January 21, 2026. All quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes must confirm the ability to meet all technical requirements and deliverables.
