NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Pentagon Directorate, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to a single source, National News Agency, Inc., for commercial periodical supplies for the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in Washington, D.C. The requirement includes electronic access to numerous newspapers and periodicals plus physical delivery of one hard copy each of The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times, and USA Today. Delivery is anticipated to begin no later than 29 September 2026. The Government intends to solicit only one source under FAR 13.106-1(b), and this is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested responsible sources may submit written interest and capability information, and prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
