This is a full and open competition, and all responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. Quotes should include pricing with Section B completed, a point of contact with name and phone number, and completed certifications and representations. Each response must clearly demonstrate the quoter’s capability to meet all specifications and requirements. The government intends to award a single contract for all listed items to the responsible quoter whose conforming quote is selected, and quoters must be registered in SAM to be considered. Attachments include worksite pictures and the required channel list; completed quotes should be sent to Paul Pepi at paul.j.pepi.civ@us.navy.mil.
