This is a competitive solicitation for commercial services to acquire web-based Congressional and legislative subscription services providing timely information on U.S. Congress activities affecting Navy manpower, personnel, training, education, programs, policies, and budgets. The anticipated period of performance starts on 01 October 2026 and runs through 30 September 2027, followed by four one-year option periods.
