This contract provides satellite television services for the Special Boat Training Command at Stennis Space Center, MS, including multi-channel programming, amplification, and 78 cable drops. The contractor must supply equipment, labor, installation, and maintenance to ensure continuous HD viewing, with satellite dish and “Smart Box” located at building 2606. Installation must be completed within 10 days after contract award, and a local technician must be available within 2–3 business days for on-site service interruptions. The period of performance is a base year plus four option years, running from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031. The contractor must also maintain a Quality Control Plan, comply with security and safety requirements, and coordinate access to the military installation.
