All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This amendment incorporates responses to offeror inquiries and makes several revisions. Resumes are exempted from the Non-Price Quote page limit in Section L, and DFARS clause 252.219-7996 is removed. The period of performance in PWS Section 11 is corrected to a one-year base period with two one-year options, and PWS Section 15 no longer references Level of Effort terminology. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
