This is a sole-source solicitation for commercial services intended for negotiation only with Spartan Race, Inc. to support U.S. Navy recruiting at Spartan Race events. The performance period is from 01 April 2026 through 31 March 2026, and services are anticipated to be performed at the contractor's facility. The contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price. The required services include branded obstacles, activation space at events, promotional assets, and complimentary race entries as detailed in the Statement of Work. While this is a sole-source action, the government will consider capability statements from other interested parties by the specified response date for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
