This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance services on Spacesaver mobile storage systems for the National Defense University Library. The services include two annual preventative maintenance visits and 24-hour response for unscheduled repairs, covering labor and original equipment parts for 111 shelving units. The period of performance is from May 17, 2026, to May 16, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The Government intends to negotiate only with Spacesaver Systems Inc. of Bethesda, MD, but will consider capability statements from other interested parties to inform a decision on whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
