This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Legal Library Resource Services in support of Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston and Detachment Chesapeake. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a sole source, with the justification attached. The required period and place of performance are detailed on pages 5-6 of the attached solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated based on price reasonableness, and all applicable clauses and provisions are included in the attached document.
