The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a full and open competition for a 400 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer for the United States Naval Academy. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 17 December 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018926Q0018 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
